Babu Owino’s gun was used in B-club shooting — Kilimani Police Boss

Embakasi East MP Babu Owino could be in more trouble after Kiimani Police Boss Lucas Ogara confirmed that his gun was used in the shooting at B-Club along Galana Road.

The police boss also confirmed that the victim is in a stable condition after a bullet went through his neck.

“We cannot mention the victim’s name because it is against the law. But we have receives a report that the bullet passed through his neck,” Ogara said.

Ogara also said investigations are still underway and DCI has so far recovered nine bullets and a spent cartridge.

The latest confirmations by the police officers make DJ Evolve case watertight even after Babu’s lawyer Cliff Ombeta earlier exuded confidence that his client was not at the centre of the shooting.
