You can withdraw your winnings to the mobile number you used to register with.
Please note that mobile money withdrawal charges apply except during a “Free Withdrawal” promotion.
To withdraw via SMS
- Send W#AMOUNT#PIN or WITHDRAW#AMOUNT#PIN to 29822.
- AMOUNT is the amount you wish to withdraw.
- PIN is your 5 digit PIN that you received when you registered via SMS or you entered when you registered via website or app.
To withdraw via website
- login and select the menu on the top left.
- Select “Wallet”
- select “Withdraw”.
- Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and click “Withdraw” button.
To withdraw via Android app
- login and select the menu on the top left.
- Under “Wallet” select “Withdraw”.
- Enter the amount you want to withdraw and click “Withdraw” button.
- You will received an SMS notification that your withdrawal request has been submitted for processing.
- Once your request has been processed, you will received a confirmation SMS with your updated account balance. You will also receive a transaction SMS from the mobile money operator.j
