3:04 pm: The result announcement exercise has begun with a word of prayer.
2:52 p.m.: We now understand that CS George Magoha will release the KCSE results at KNEC grounds on Denis Pritt Road at 3 p.m. Knec has confirmed on their Twitter handle.

1:07 pm: CS George Magoha expected to announce the results at 2 pm.
1: 02 pm: Why the Delay
The main reason behind the delay is because KNEC had to sit down and review the results before meeting President Uhuru Kenyatta. The results announcement was scheduled for 11 am.
A total of 699,745 students will know their fate today, as the ministry of education is set to release the 2019 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE).
The results will be broadcast live from the Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC)headquarters at Mitihani House.
