A UK based firm has released a list detailing the performances of all the 47 county Governors in Kenya.
Top of the list in terms of effectiveness in the implementation of development projects in the grassroots is Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua, while Kiambu Governor Ferdinand Waititu was ranked last.
